Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return authorization process. Items must be in resalable condition. Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Out Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
